Refuaid are currently accepting applications for our Equal Access Loan Programme. They offer loans to support refugees in the UK with the costs of requalification; this can include finance to cover the cost of courses, re-accreditation exams, living expenses while requalifying and registration with professional bodies. The minimum amount is £500 and they can lend up to £10,000. All loans are interest-free and repayments are calculated on an individual basis, to ensure affordability.

To be eligible, individuals must:
- Have UK refugee status
- Be requalifying in their previous profession from their home country (and to their previous level).
Please note, Refuaid don’t lend to dentists, as our friends at Restart do (more information can be found here). They are also unable to lend for Masters degrees.
